Communities Under Constuction
Currently there are seven homes with planning permission or under construction around the country but there are still a large number of target towns in which we would like to establish a presence. Please follow the link to find out more.
Generally it takes 16 - 17 months to build a Sunrise community, from demolition to the doors opening for residents. All contractors that are employed by Sunrise are members of the Considerate Contractors Scheme, which is a national initiative, set up by the construction industry, to improve its image. We endeavour to cause as little disruption as possible during the construction process and this is done through regular contact with neighbours, including a news letter detailing up-coming deliveries and works. Cleanliness and environmental care are also important aspects that are taken seriously by the contractors. Indeed, Sunrise’s contractors have won several
awards for their projects under the scheme and more information can be found
here.
