Recent Projects
Southbourne, Dorset
This 1.8 acre site was formally a hotel and conference centre. Planning permission for the 66,705sq ft (6199 sq m) was secured by negotiated consent. The home when completed will be able to provide care for up to 102 resident. Construction work started in September 2006 and will be completed in early 2008.
