• Sunrise offers a genuine alternative to the usual sheltered accommodation provided by traditional house builders and nursing homes, offering Assisted Living for frail seniors and a Reminiscence Neighbourhood for seniors with Alzheimer’s and age related memory impairments.
• All of our buildings are bespoke and designed to a very high standard. We have won numerous awards for the design of both the homes and their gardens and further information can be found here.
• We use high quality, traditional materials and the use of architectural details such as towers, bay windows, lintel details and decorative brick banding to ensure integration with the local vernacular, further highlighting architect’s endeavours to ensure quality in design. Where ever possible we will retain existing, mature trees to enhance the impressive setting of our communities.

All of our communities are designed to be as luxurious and as homelike as possible, avoiding typical institutional features. The buildings’ communal facilities include several lounges, dining room, bistro, entertainment and activity room, hair salon, spa baths and residents’ laundry facilities.
