Site Location & Accessibility
Preferred sites are in busy, thriving locations with plenty of passing traffic and ideally Sunrise homes should be on a main road or highly visible from a main road. Locations vary from well-used suburban roads, to gateway sites on main roads into/out of towns.
It is essential that the site is easily accessible for both staff and visitors. Every home will have a Green Travel Plan and most of our staff will travel to work on public transport. It is therefore essential that the necessary facilities are available in the local area.
