WHAT WE'VE ACHIEVED

Sunrise Senior Living has over 450 communities open worldwide, providing accommodation and care to over 53,000 residents. Sunrise has homes in the United States, Germany, Canada and the UK. Within the UK there are now 18 communities open with a further 9 under construction and many others at various stages of the planning process. The 25th site will open in 2009 and there are a further 75 target locations across the UK.

Sunrise has developed its award winning developments on a range of sites in the UK, that have had diverse former uses from pubs, to car showrooms. All developments have one thing in common, they are all bespoke high quality buildings designed to fit in with the local vernacular.
