What We Need

Site criteria

• Preferred sites are easily accessible and located on a main road
• In or near to a quality residential neighbourhood
• At least an acre in size, preferably larger
• Ideally the site should be close to, but not necessarily within walking distance of, shops, a church and schools
• Refurbishment / extension of an existing property will also be considered.

All sites submitted to us are assessed using the following criteria:

• Demographics
• Positioning
• Quality of Location
• Accessibility
• Local Facilities
